I had never thought about alternative medicine, as I had spent my life just doing what everyone else was doing.

I didn’t realize the possibilities. Oh, the possibilities!!!  

As I started to use them, I realized just how frustrated I had become with my medicine closet. Why hadn’t I known about these oils my entire life?

So, what did I do?

After many, many successes with these little vials, I decided to clean out my medicine closet.

First, I threw away (in the proper manner) all of the expired medications.

Second, I took the ones remaining and really studied them. I looked at their claims on the box and thought about how I felt when I took them.

Thirdly, I thought through my oils that I was using to determine which ones supported my body in the same ways.  Then I threw the rest away.

Out of nearly 50 medications in my closet, I narrowed it down to 3! I have now narrowed it down to 1!

How has our life changed?

Over the past 7 years, I have come to LOVE essential oils SO much!

Just so you know, I am NOT a fanatic! I take my kids to their well-check visits with their pediatrician every year.  I am grateful for all of the medical professionals, tests and information out there for me to turn to, if needed.

But for our family, essential oils are KING! They have supported and strengthened our bodies and saved us a WHOLE LOT of money!
